PHCA Payment Schedule and Cancellation Policy

A. For one-time small-time-slot renters (under $80 total fee) we accept checks on the day of the rental.

B. For regular class and rehearsal rentals, we expect payments for the full month at the beginning of that month (or at the renter’s first visit that month).

C. For all rentals involving contracts, we expect 50% of payment within 2 weeks of the contract signing, and the other 50% at least 2 weeks before the event.

D. Small Time Slot Cancellations (most rehearsals and classes) must be made within 48 hours of the rental time. Money will not be refunded, but will be directed toward future rental fees.

E. Large Time Slot Cancellations (events and extended workshops) must be made 10 weeks prior to the scheduled usage to receive full reimbursement. If cancellation is made 4-10 weeks before the event, we will reimburse 50% of the first payment (25% of the total fee). After this reimbursement is at our discretion.
